Agents are paid by the 15th of each month for all of their sales transactions that have closed as of the last day of the previous month.
When is a sales transaction considered closed?
Once the client has paid and accepted their final design a sales transaction is considered closed.
How much are agents paid?
Agents are paid a commission on 25% on all sales that they create.
What happens if the client is refunded, will I still make my commission?
If a client's fees are refunded to them, there is no commission.
How can I make sure that my transactions close before the next pay period ends?
Communication. Communicate with the client-find out what they need, what they like and what changes they need and communicate that with our design staff. You don't want to rush a client into making a bad decision, but you do want to help them make the best decision and find out what is standing in the way of their officially signing off on a design or service.
What is an example of your pay periods?
The pay period ends on the last day of the month. For example, any transactions that have closed from October 1 - October 31 will be paid by November 15th.
Do agents need web sites?
Agents are provided web pages on a custom url (www.mimsy.noproblemselling.com).
Do agents accept money?
Only from OLEA Designs. Clients pay through the agents custom url on noproblemselling.com
I don't know anything about design-what if the client has a question?
OLEA Designs is only an email, phone call or instant message away most of the time. We will supply you with any answers you need for the client.
Can't I just tell the clients to email you?
Agents are responsible for communicating with the clients that they are receiving commissions for. Agents are responsible for finding out what their clients need and communicating it back to our design team. We created the agents position to allow us to concentrate on great design. Please keep in mind that this is not an affiliate program. You are a sales agent, you have a relationship with the client, you help make sure that they are happy and we pay you a commission for doing so.
Are there bonuses?
Yes, each month the agent that we determine to be just plain old outstanding will receive their commission at the rate of 30% instead of the normal 25%.
I applied to become an agent last week, but I haven't heard anything. What is taking so long?
First, we reserve the right to turn down any application. Not everyone was meant to be a NoProblemSelling.com agent. Second, we may have just really been busy. If it has been more than 4 weeks, please apply again or shoot us a message and we'll be happy to tell you your application status.
